Terms and Conditions – Yoga-Naturo Retreat at the Cottage de Montchamp
ARTICLE I – Commitment
Acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale set out below binds the customer named on the registration form completed in advance.
These Terms and Conditions may only be signed and approved by an adult who is authorized to sign contracts that bind the signatory and who will be financially responsible in the event of a dispute.
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to book a yoga retreat at the Cottage de Montchamp, represented by Ms. Emilie LEFEVRE as a legal entity.
The commitment to and acceptance of these GGVs are concluded intuitu personae and cannot be transferred.
By registering for one of our courses, the customer agrees to attend for the entire duration of the selected course and will not receive any compensation in the event of voluntary absence on their part.
ARTICLE II – Reservation and payment terms
Registration will only be recorded and validated after payment of a deposit corresponding to 50% of the total cost of the course and after the customer has returned the duly completed registration form and the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale, dated, signed and marked "Read and approved." Upon receipt of the above items, a confirmation of registration and deposit payment will be sent to the customer by email.
The balance must be paid at least 15 days before the first day of the course.
This cash sum corresponds to the services provided by external contractors who are self-employed and not employed by the Cottage de Montchamp organization.
Payments can be made either by check or bank transfer using the bank details provided on the registration form.
If the customer wishes to pay in cash, a deposit check for the total amount of the course must be sent to Yoga-Stage by mail. This check will not be cashed and will be returned to the customer on the first day of the course in exchange for cash payment.
ARTICLE III – Cancellation and modification conditions
Cancellation or modification of the reservation may incur fees. These potential fees will be indicated to the customer before proceeding with the cancellation of the course.
All requests for cancellation or modification must be made in writing and sent to the following email address: namaste@yoga-stage.fr
– If canceled 45 days before the course: 100% refund.
– If canceled 30 days before the course: 75% refund.
– If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the first day of the course, the full amount of the course must be paid. (will not be refunded)
The customer shall send Le Cottage de Montchamp an email confirming acceptance of your cancellation request and the amount of the associated fees.
After we have accepted the cancellation and settled the corresponding fees, you will receive a cancellation confirmation by email.
Le Cottage de Montchamp reserves the right to cancel a course if there are fewer than 5 participants. In such cases, the customer will be refunded the full amount already paid, free of charge.
ARTICLE IV – Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to check and ensure that the contact details and information provided on the registration form and when signing these GTC are accurate and complete. The customer is fully responsible for their personal belongings throughout the duration of the course. Le Cottage de Montchamp cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings. The customer is responsible for respecting the indoor and outdoor areas where the course takes place in terms of cleanliness and not damaging the property, furniture, yoga equipment, bed linen, and towels provided for the duration of the course. In the event of damage to or non-compliance with the property provided, Le Cottage de Montchamp will take legal action against the customer.
ARTICLE V – Liability of Cottage de Montchamp
Le Cottage de Montchamp, represented by Ms. Emilie LEFEVRE, authorizes Ms. Véronique DUPERRON and Kerry JEWELL to act as representatives for customers and to fulfill the obligations arising from these terms and conditions of sale. Le Cottage de Montchamp cannot be held liable for unforeseeable circumstances, cases of force majeure, or the actions of any person not involved in the organization and running of the stay.
ARTICLE VI – Default of payment / cancellation
Failure to pay the balance within the specified time frame will result in the cancellation of the order by Cottage de Montchamp. The customer remains liable for cancellation fees.
