- 5:30-7:00 p.m.: Tea time followed by a cooking workshop and wine tasting
- 7 p.m.: dinner followed by a sound bath with Kerry

KERRY JEWELL
Passionate about yoga with over 20 years of practice under her belt. A teacher for over 12 years, she graduated from Shri Mahesh FFHY's international traditional yoga school in 2013. Wanting to deepen her knowledge, she completed a two-year training course in TransFormation Yoga of the Voice in 2021. A lover of travel since a young age, Kerry is naturally curious. For her, the true journey lies in exploring the inner landscapes that everyone can discover. She is dedicated to finding physical and mental balance, guided by the philosophy of yoga. In her view, yoga transcends simple postures on the mat, although these are an excellent starting point.
VERONIQUE DUPERRON
Trained at Euronature in Lyon, Véronique is an exceptional naturopath. With her wealth of knowledge and experience with her clients, she practices with professionalism, joy, and passion in her office in Bourg-en-Bresse. Empathetic and caring, she offers naturopathic consultations, training in healthy living and nutrition, introductions to Bach Flower Remedies, and guidance during fasting weeks. She also organizes workshops in clinics, notably with the Bleu Blanc Rose Association, and in companies, and plans to soon accompany fasters during fasting and hiking weeks in the Mâconnais region.
